"My first painting commission was at the age of six, for which I received one hundred dollars," Dan McBride says, "That commission instilled in me the idea that I could be paid for doing something I truly enjoyed doing. That was quite a revelation for a six year old." Dan has been painting ever since, studying with Fritz Scholder at Arizona State University.
