Residence: Santa Fe, New Mexico

Shirley Lynn moved from England to the U.S. in January 1987, to paint the northern New Mexico landscape. She graduated from the Harrow School of Art in London in 1978 with a degree in illustration. She worked in London from 1978 to 1986 and now lives in Santa Fe with her daughter, Sienna; painting at her studio, illustrating for books and magazines, and faux-finishing or painting murals.

Paintings have included commissions and work created for sale in galleries in Santa Fe, New Mexico, San Antonio, Texas, Denver, Colorado and in Calgary, Canada.

Ms. Lynn's illustrations can be found in New Mexico Magazine, Cowboys and Indians Magazine, Santa Fean Magazine, Houghton and Mifflin Book publishers and Red Crane books.
