Samuel (Muli) Wolpert is a retired Neuroradiologist who has been painting for about 25 years. Prior to moving to Santa Fe in 1998 he lived and practiced Radiology in Boston. He then attended the DeCordova Museum School in Lexington, Massachusetts, where he studied both oils and pastels. Over the years he has taken lessons in oils, watercolor and pastels in New York, Maine and Santa Fe and has decided that oils are his medium of choice. His interest is in both landscapes – mainly in the South West, and cityscapes, many of Bruges and Venice. Mr. Wolpert has exhibited at two galleries in Santa Fe and has also organized art shows in Santa Fe for charity.
